2. Do the videos relate to the creation of your Art Exhibition project? If yes, explain how. If no, explain why not.
In my opinion I did not see any real relevance between the videos and my theme. My theme is about war a serious topic so it had nothing to do with modern art or the pop art. In all honesty, the third film on an acquiring mind kind of lost me but I still did not see any relevance to the topic of war and such.
3. What is your opinion of the films? Do they add depth to understanding of the art concepts you practiced while creating your curation project?
I really like the modern art first film and the pop culture film. I enjoy pop culture because it explores an element that most artists I feel are afraid to explore. It can take serious matters and turn them goofy it can be of random things put together that you wont get and your not supposed to. There is something about the film and about modern art in general that I love but im not sure how to describe it or what it is exactly that attracts me to it so much. Its unique its inspiring. The third film an acquiring mind was too tiring and boring to me. It needed pizazz it needed some pop culture! Did they give me depth to understanding; It gave me an idea of how I really needed to dig into my project and pull out the details as to why I chose the theme I did.
